Sleeping Giant - Water Treatment Plant, Water Distribution and Sewage System Upgrades
LTL constructed a new water treatment plant for Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. The project included the construction of a new building with pre-cast reservoirs, a new water distribution system, well upgrades and a sewage system upgrade with low lift stations. Given the sensitivity of the park, a combination of directional drilling and open cut methods of pipe installation was used. The project commenced during the winter and was completed for operation during the summers camping season.
