Water and Sewer

Over time, underground water and sewer infrastructures tend to deteriorate or become inadequate to service the demands of a growing population. Often the water and sewer pipes are located in urban areas, making excavation difficult, if not impossible. Trenchless construction, such as horizontal drilling is considered the most versatile method. LTL has worked on many local water and sewer projects.

Telecommunications

Horizontal drilling is ideal for telecommunication installations, most notably where lines must cross waterways, roadways, congested areas, or environmentally sensitive areas. Best of all, surface disruption is kept at a minimum, and there are less negative impacts to surrounding residents and businesses.

Hydro

LTL has extensive experience in the installation or replacement of electrical cables and conduits. Directional drilling is ideal in electric installations and has proven to be far safer than traditional methods, as chances of accidentally striking a fiber optic cable or electric powerline are reduced. Oil and Gas
